Back-in-Stock & Launch Notifications

Some of our flavors are still in the smoker — literally and figuratively. When you spot a Coming Soon badge in the shop, that flavor hasn't launched yet, but you can claim first dibs in about five seconds.

Spotting a Coming Soon flavor

Coming Soon flavors appear in the shop like everything else, but their product page shows a Coming Soon banner instead of an Add to Cart button. You can't buy them yet — but you can make sure you're first in line when you can.

Joining the launch list

  1. Open the flavor's product page.
  2. Find the box that says "Want first dibs? Get an email the day it launches."
  3. Type your email and click Notify Me.

You'll see a confirmation right on the page — "You're on the list! We'll email you the moment it drops." — and that's it. Done.

No account required. The launch list works with just an email address. If you're signed in, we pre-fill your email so it's literally one click.

What happens when it launches

The day the flavor goes live, you get one email — subject line: "It's here — [flavor name] just dropped!" — from [email protected], with a button straight to the product page. New flavors have a habit of moving fast, so don't sit on it.

The fine print (the friendly kind)

  • One email per flavor. Signing up gets you exactly one launch announcement for that flavor — no drip campaigns, no daily "still coming soon!" nudges.
  • Sign up for as many flavors as you like. Each flavor has its own list; joining one doesn't subscribe you to the others.
  • Already on the list? If you enter the same email twice for the same flavor, nothing breaks — you're simply kept on the list once. No duplicate emails.
  • Your email is only used for this. The launch list is for launch announcements, full stop.

Didn't get the email?

Launch emails come from [email protected] — add us to your contacts so we don't end up in spam purgatory next to the newsletters you forgot you joined. If a flavor launched and you never heard about it, check your spam folder first, then reach out via the contact page and we'll look into it.

Sold-out flavors

If a flavor you love disappears from the shop or shows as Coming Soon again, the same Notify Me box is your friend — drop your email and we'll tell you the moment it's back.
