Our Story

Caliente Brands, LLC was born out of a simple belief: great jerky should taste like something. Founded in Alabama by Army and Air Force veterans, with operations in both Montgomery and Birmingham, we set out to craft hickory-smoked jerky that brings real heat, real flavor, and zero compromises.

The same standards we were held to in uniform are the ones we hold our product to now. Every item in our lineup starts with 100% USDA-inspected meat — no mystery meat, no fillers, no shortcuts. From mild Hickory Smoked Garlic to ghost-pepper Extreme Heat, each flavor is developed to deliver an experience you remember.
