Tracking Your Shipment
Tracking Your Shipment
Good news travels fast — and so does jerky. Orders ship out in 2–3 business days, and here's how to follow yours every step of the way.
The timeline at a glance
- Order placed — confirmation email arrives within minutes.
- 2–3 business days — your order is packed and shipped from Alabama, and tracking goes live.
- A few days in transit — exact timing depends on the carrier and your distance from us; the tracking page shows the estimated delivery date. (More detail in Shipping Times & Carriers.)
Watch your inbox
You'll get an order confirmation email the moment you place your order, and another email when it ships. Hang on to that confirmation — it has your order number, which is handy if you ever need to ask us about the order.
Track from your account
If you have an account, tracking lives right on your order page:
- Sign in and go to My Account.
- Open Your Orders and click the order you want to follow.
- Once the order has shipped, you'll see the tracking number — click it to jump straight to the carrier's live tracking page.

Who delivers it
Depending on your order and where you live, your jerky travels with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The tracking link on your order page (and in your shipping email) goes straight to the right carrier — no guessing required.
Good to know: our jerky is shelf-stable, so it doesn't mind sitting on the porch for a few hours. No ice packs, no panic — just don't let the neighbors see it first.
Reading the tracking status
- Label created — your order is packed and waiting for carrier pickup. Tracking sometimes takes a day to start moving after this.
- In transit — it's on the road. The carrier's page shows the latest scan and estimated delivery date.
- Out for delivery — clear a spot in the pantry.
- Delivered — check the porch, the mailbox, and wherever your household hides packages from each other.
Shipment running late or missing?
Carriers occasionally hiccup, especially around holidays. If your tracking hasn't moved in several days, or it says "delivered" but there's no package in sight:
- Check around your delivery spot — carriers sometimes tuck packages out of view, and "delivered" scans can land a few hours early.
- Still nothing? Contact us through the contact page or email [email protected] with your order number.
We'll chase it down with the carrier and make sure your jerky actually reaches you.
